(1) The Program enrolled, will be activated from the day of taking the first diet chart either on email / whatsapp.
(2) All Payment must be made in advance for any services enrolled.
(3) It is suggested that the client/patient should continue the program without a break, as it may hamper further results.
(4) Client/Patient can extend the program or can take a break of maximum "15 days" for 3 months program & "30 days" for 6 months program and "60 days" for 12 months program.
(5) The program is Non-transferable. Furthermore, there is “NO”Refund & Return Policy for any program enrolled and products purchased in any circumstances.
(6) We provide nutritional consultancy aimed at disease management besides enhancing the health status of an individual. However, results cannot be guaranteed as weight loss/weight gain varies from individual to individual in diseased conditions.
(7) Duration of Monthly Program is 30 days; Quarterly Program is 90 days; Half Yearly Program is 180 days and Yearly Program is 365 Days respectively.
(8) If the client is not responding/reverting to dietician call/messages/whatsapp, and not conveying the reason of not responding or looking for hold, for the maximum duration of 7 days then the programme will stand lapsed. The company does not hold any responsibility to share any diets thereafter. Appreciate your understanding.
